Garlic a rare herb with five tastes except sour

GARLIC  GARLIC [LEHSUN] IS A SPICE WHICH IS WIDELY POPULAR ALL OVER THE WORLD. IT IS USUALLY USED IN SMALL AMOUNTS DUE TO ITS STRONG ODOUR, BUT YET IT’S A LOVED SPICE.
